Cancellation Policy

  • 60 days or more before departure: 100% Refund (No cancellation charges).
  • 30–59 days before departure: 100% Refund (No cancellation charges).
  • 15–29 days before departure: 100% Refund (No cancellation charges).
  • 7–14 days before departure: No cash refund. The booking amount will be adjusted as a travel credit for a future trip, subject to company policy.
  • 0–6 days before departure or No Show: 100% Cancellation Charges (No Refund).

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp and will be processed based on the date of receipt.
  • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Any applicable convenience charges, taxes, or third-party booking fees are non-refundable.
